Ben Leo Bock

Founder / CFO & CIO

Ben Leo Bock is responsible for finance, legal, and IT at FeBoKo Consulting. He also oversees internal affairs and ensures structured processes within the organization. His focus lies on financial stability, legal compliance, and building an efficient internal infrastructure that reliably supports the company’s operations and long-term growth.

Karsten Echle

Partner / PMO

Karsten Echle played a key role as CFO in building a German-Indian joint venture in the Delhi region. As the sole representative of the German partner on site, he successfully led the company and gained valuable experience with local business practices, the Indian market, and daily collaboration with the JV partner. At FeBoKo, he oversees project management and serves as Project Management Officer (PMO).

Colonel Rajesh Pandey

Director - HR & Operations

Col. Rajesh Pandey is responsible for internal administration and HR at FeBoKo in India. With over 26 years of experience in the armed forces, he brings deep expertise in leadership, organization, and personnel management. His experience in handling complex structures and large teams makes him a key pillar for the smooth execution of our operational activities on the ground.

Nitin Gupta

Director - Controlling & Advisory

With over 13 years of experience, Nitin Gupta advises CXOs, investors, and international companies on entering the Indian market and optimizing existing operations. His expertise includes market entry strategies, cross-border structuring, regulatory compliance, turnaround management, and stakeholder alignment. At FeBoKo, he leads the India Advisory practice, supporting clients with a structured, forward-looking approach focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Anubhav Jain

Director - Legal Affairs & Corporate Governance

Anubhav Jain is a Company Secretary and LL.B. professional with over 14 years of post-qualification experience in Indian corporate laws, corporate governance, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance. Experienced in managing complex legal frameworks, M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and equity and debt fundraising. Skilled in contract management, risk assessment, internal audits, and legal due diligence. Adept at advising boards and stakeholders on governance, restructuring, and regulatory matters. Proven ability to support incorporations, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver practical legal strategies that promote business growth and operational efficiency.

Deepak Gupta is an Indian Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience advising European companies on financial, taxation, and regulatory aspects of their India operations. His core areas of expertise include international taxation, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance. At FeBoKo, he works closely with clients’ European leadership and Indian subsidiaries while leading outsourced finance functions.

Shekhar Sharma

As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Shekhar Sharma has over Eight years of experience in tax and business consulting for domestic and international companies. His expertise includes transfer pricing documentation, SVB procedures, tax advisory, internal controls, due diligence, and company formation advisory. At FeBoKo, he supports clients in managing tax risks, optimizing structures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Sarita Bhatt is a Company Secretary and Lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory. She advises companies on secretarial matters, foreign investment regulations, and corporate structuring, helping businesses maintain strong governance frameworks and meet complex regulatory requirements. Shubham Kumar is a finance professional with a Master’s degree and over four years of experience advising European clients on taxation, accounting, and cross-border transactions. At FeBoKo, he supports clients with tax compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory advisory.

Thomas Wittek is an experienced Managing Director and Business Unit Leader with a strong focus on developing German-Indian business activities. During more than 16 years in India, he built and successfully managed joint ventures and subsidiaries in mechanical engineering, process industries, and automotive supply. Today, he acts as an Interim Executive Manager, supporting companies in transformation processes, building local structures, and navigating strategic transition phases.

As a managing director and consultant, he possesses exceptional experience and a deep understanding of the economic and cultural characteristics of the Indian market.

Angelika Mamier

Angelika Mamier has been supporting individuals and organizations in international cooperation for over 30 years. As an intercultural trainer and consultant, she holds extensive business know-how, draws from her own experiences living abroad in four countries, and has a wealth of practical knowledge from international projects. She helps professionals and executives better understand cultural influences, avoid misunderstandings, and make cross-border collaboration more successful. This includes intercultural training, coaching, team-building processes, and the preparation and support of expats and impats. She has particularly extensive experience in Indian-German cooperation. She has been working with management and specialist teams in this field for many years and is familiar with both the typical pitfalls and the keys to success. In addition to her work with companies, Angelika is also active at several universities. There, she combines practical experience with theoretical foundations, thereby preparing students for international work environments. Her training sessions are professional, practical, and engaging, with a clear goal: to make international collaboration more understandable, easier, and more successful.
